Rules that keep messages, reviews, profiles and stories respectful, genuine and safe.
Important This policy forms part of the Ceylona Terms of Use. Mandatory rights under applicable law take priority where they cannot be limited by contract.
1. Respectful participation
Ceylona welcomes Sri Lanka’s many cultures, languages, faiths and communities. Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual exploitation, doxxing and discriminatory exclusion are not allowed.
2. Honest reviews
- Review only genuine experiences and disclose a material relationship.
- Do not offer payment, free goods or pressure in exchange for a particular rating.
- Focus on the product, service and transaction.
- Do not publish private contact, financial, medical or identity information.
- Ceylona may label, limit or remove reviews that breach these standards, without changing a review merely because it is critical.
3. Messages and custom work
Use messages for legitimate marketplace communication. Do not send spam, phishing links, unwanted sexual content or repeated abusive contact. Clearly document custom specifications, price, timing and revision limits before payment.
4. Reporting
Users can report content or conduct to support@ceylonaa.com. We may review relevant account, order and message records, take proportionate action and preserve information where safety or law requires it.
