Ways to pay

Every method works with a Sri Lankan bank account, and everything is charged in rupees.

Card, eZ Cash and mCash

Processed by PayHere, a locally licensed gateway. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, eZ Cash, mCash and online banking are all supported. Card details are entered on PayHere's page — Ceylona never sees or stores them.

Bank transfer

Deposit the total to our account using your order number as the reference, then upload the slip. We confirm within one working day and hold your items for 48 hours.

Cash on delivery

Available island-wide on orders up to Rs 25,000. Pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives — please have the exact amount if you can.

Is it secure?

Card payments run through a PCI-DSS compliant gateway with 3-D Secure. We verify every payment notification with a cryptographic signature before an order is ever marked paid.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned by the original method within five working days for cards, or by bank transfer for cash and deposit orders.
