Returns

Handmade doesn't mean unreturnable — but it does mean no two pieces are identical.

Fourteen days

Changed your mind? Send it back within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging, and we'll refund the item price in full.

Who pays return postage

You do, unless the piece arrived damaged, faulty, or materially different from its listing — in which case we cover it and refund the original delivery too.

Variation isn't a fault

Natural dye lots, wood grain, ash glaze and gemstone inclusions differ from piece to piece. That variation is the point, and it isn't grounds for a fault claim — though it is grounds for a change-of-mind return.

Made-to-order and custom

Pieces made specifically for you can't be returned for a change of mind, because the maker can't resell them. Faults are of course still covered.
