Delivery & tracking
How your parcel gets from a workshop to your door, and what it costs.
Courier — chosen by the maker
Every maker packs and posts your order themselves, using their own courier — Ceylona doesn't run a delivery service. You'll get tracking details, when the maker's courier provides them, as soon as your parcel is collected.
What it costs
Each maker sets their own delivery price, shown at checkout before you pay. A basket spanning a few shops is priced per shop, not as one combined fee — and some shops offer free delivery once your order with them passes a certain amount.
How long it takes
In-stock pieces leave the workshop in 2–6 days and reach most addresses the next working day. Made-to-order pieces show their lead time on the listing — the countdown starts when your payment clears.
Damage in transit
You're covered. Photograph the parcel before you open it if it looks knocked about, and send us the picture — we'll replace or refund without argument.
Overseas delivery
Many makers ship internationally and set their own overseas rate, shown at checkout once you add your country. A shop that hasn't set a rate for your country yet can't be ordered from until they do. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
