Delivery & tracking

How your parcel gets from a workshop to your door, and what it costs.

Island-wide courier

We use a national courier with door-to-door tracking to all 25 districts. You'll get an SMS with the tracking number the moment your parcel is collected from the maker.

What it costs

Rs 350 within the Western Province, Rs 450 elsewhere, plus Rs 120 per extra kilogram. Free island-wide once your basket passes Rs 15,000.

How long it takes

In-stock pieces leave the workshop in 2–6 days and reach most addresses the next working day. Made-to-order pieces show their lead time on the listing — the countdown starts when your payment clears.

Damage in transit

Covered by Ceylona, not the maker. Photograph the parcel before you open it if it looks knocked about, and send us the picture — we'll replace or refund without argument.

Overseas delivery

We ship worldwide by tracked airmail. Rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination; duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
