Drawings & Illustrations

Pencil, pen and ink drawings, portraits and illustrated prints

Drawings and illustrations are made one at a time by Sri Lankan artists with a pencil, pen, charcoal or brush: portraits, pet and family likenesses, wildlife and temple scenes, botanical studies, cartoons and illustrated prints. Many artists take custom commissions, so a portrait can be drawn from your own photo — message the artist first about size, style and how long it takes. On Ceylona, each piece comes straight from the person who drew it, and the listing says the medium, the paper, the size and whether you are buying the original or a print.
